June is my month to find a new rhythm - to shift from a sprint to a marathon pace. I’ve done OK in the first working week of June, but still struggling to create rituals that distinguish “work time” from “not work”.
I need to do better over the weekend and next week. I plan to treat each day as a sentence, that ends with a full stop (drinks with the family). I plan to treat each week as a paragraph, with a distinct ending on a Friday. I still need to work out what that looks like. And I want to make each month feel like a chapter. I have three weeks to plan something for the end of June - probably a few days complete break is in order.
