LOCKDOWN REFLECTIONS DAY 67: Mindfulness
I had a webinar conversation with good friend and mindfulness expert, Helen Nicholson this afternoon. It was exactly what I needed.
1 June is a moment of shift for me. My days need to be punctuated with a full stop - no more working into the night; lots more sleep, after a soaking bath and some magnesium.
My weeks need to be punctuated with a pause - a sabbath.
And my months need to be marked. I’m taking a few days leave sometime in June.
Covid is a marathon. I can’t keep running at sprint pace.
