Lockdown Reflections Day 26: Stop "social distancing", start connecting

Stop “social distancing”.

By which I mean: stop using the phrase “social distancing”. We definitely are going to need to keep physical distancing from other people for a while - especially after lockdown is relaxed. But we made a big mistake with the label a few weeks ago, and I’d like us all to make a big effort to change it.

It isn’t “social distancing”, it’s “physical distancing”. We need lots of reminders about this. We need to physical distance, but socially connect.
