Training programmes
Graeme partners with some world class trainers to convert his keynote presentations into practical training programmes. These can be delivered live, or offered on a “train the trainer” basis for larger clients.
He is not normally directly involved in delivering training. However, he has recently started to develop a range of online, video-based training programmes on a variety of topics.
Three courses are currently available on how to save energy and save money. He produced these in partnership with the 845 Club. These are amazing resources for any company wanting to ensure that sustainable business thinking is encouraged throughout the organisation. The emphasis of these courses is on sustainability AND business thinking, and will show companies and organisations a simple four step process that will take this issue from talk to reality very quickly.
A short video course on Managing Generation Y at Work is now available from Success.TV. It consists of some free videos, each about 6 minutes in length and filmed in High Definition:

Graeme created an hour-long online summary of his award winning “Mind the Gap” programme for Henry Stewart Talks. This is now available here. Some of the graphics had to be changed for copyright purposes, and the on screen presentation used much more text and bullet points than his keynote presentations use, but it’s still a great training resource for those wanting to understand the different generations.
