On many occasions, he has been recognised by various agents as their "Speaker of the Year" in recognition of high quality content, impeccable client relations and a close working relationship with the agents.

He does not have exclusive relationships with any agents, but works closely with a few agents, developing good professional relationships with them. Graeme keeps meticulous records, and constantly tracks where his work comes from. Any work that originates with clients connected to an agency is routed back to that agency without fail.

Graeme believes that agents have a critical role to play in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry, and supports their right to charge a fair commission for the value they add to speakers, conference organisers and clients. He also believes that ideally there should be a single "exit price" for a speaker, so that agents and speakers do not compete against each for a few percentage points of commission.
