He speaks and facilitates at over 100 conferences, strategy sessions and meetings ever year.

Graeme’s unique conversational style combines cutting-edge graphics and multimedia with solid, researched content, wrapped in a gently rebuking humour. This allows Graeme to both inform and inspire, while showing audiences of all levels the realities of the new world of work. But don’t take his word for it. See his client list, testimonials and videos of him in action.

“This was one of the best sessions we’ve had in the last 5 years. Graeme did a fabulous job presenting
important information in a very entertaining way. It was absolutely fantastic!”
Stephanie Porter, Director: Customer Programs, Amdocs Marketing Group </font

Graeme’s primary focus is on the new world of work. His latest presentation and programme is “After Shock: the TIDES of change“. This session outlines the five disruptive forces that will shape the world of work in the next decade. Graeme presents compelling evidence for each trend, including case studies and implications which are customised for each particular audience and event.

Graeme’s other presentations are focused on the implications and applications of “The TIDES of change”. Each of the five trends can be dealt with in more detail, and there are key implications for leaders, people management and connecting with customers. The other presentations and programmes are all designed as stand alone products, so that they can be used either on their own, or as part of a larger, extended programme.

Graeme will work with you to customise his content and approach for your event and audience. He has presented in over 40 countries and is known for his ability to work with people from diverse countries and cultures.

TAKE HOME VALUE: In all of the sessions Graeme does, his focus is on helping people to understand the trends that are shaping the world around them. More than just being able to see WHAT is happening, though, his emphasis is on showing people WHY these trends emerge so that they can anticipate – and prepare for – the future. People who attend his sessions will:

Gain insight and understanding into why the world is changing

Be able to make clear and informed decisions about their future

Discover a framework that will help them to talk about these issues in meaningful ways with their teams (and families)

Have practical “to do” items that they can start applying immediately

Find application to their business and personal lives

Have a good time, a good laugh and feel upbeat and optimistic about the future, and their role in it.

A new generation of young staff and clients have different expectations of work, management, how they will buy from you, and even how they communicate. What people want now is a way to engage with you – not just listen to you. As customers they want websites that allow interaction – they want you to listen to them, not just shout messages at them. Go “beyond the hype” of social media and new technology and learn how these are merely expressions of deeper shifts in society. Be the first in your industry to take advantage of this new trend, and do much more with it than simply upgrading your marketing or recruitment strategy. Click here for more information…

Boomers are set to revolutionise “life after 60″ and with it launch a new stage of life that has not existed before. This “silver market” is a golden opportunity – internally and externally in organisations. Discover the three ways in which Boomers will handle their elder years: they will retyre, rewire or refire. This has profound implications for organisational design, strategy and marketing. This is a customised presentation – more details are available on request.

More about THE ENVIRONMENT:
The Future is Now: Take advantage of the coming green revolution

You’ll be rewarded by a more loyal team who are also more productive, effective and energised. Click here for more information…

Other presentations on the IMPLICATIONS of a NEW WORLD OF WORK:

Mind The ‘Sales’ Gap

Based on the award winning Mind the Gap, the focus of this session is on applying an understanding of different generations to sales, customer experiences and marketing. Marketing, sales and customer service teams will leave with new insights that can be immediately applied. Click here for more information…

The Enneagram: Personality profiling

The Enneagram is a personality system based on understanding the underlying motivational drivers of people’s behaviours. The Enneagram is mainly a diagnostic tool of one’s emotional outlook on life, focused on the core reasons that people act and react as they do. It is useful as a guide to how other people see the world differently. TomorrowToday recommends the Enneagram as a tool for team dynamics, leadership development, sales growth and customer service improvement.

Succeeding in Tough Times: Learning to thrive in a changing world

When change is unpredictable, incessant and out of our control, we feel stressed and unsettled, and we can quickly lose focus and effectiveness. This session looks at a simple, but well proven, model that helps make sense of turbulent times, and is the basis for future success in the new world of work. Participants will leave excited about the prospect of managing change and dealing with turbulent times, with specific strategies and plans for coping better with the changes they face. They’ll understand better how we respond to change – and why. And most importantly, they’ll be more confident of their ability to succeed in tough times, and influence others to do the same. More information is available on request, as this session needs to be highly customised.

Future-Proof Your Child: Understand why the world has changed, and how to respond as a parent of young children

Based on Graeme’s 2008 book of the same name, this presentation or workshop would be ideal as a “work life balance” focused session at a conference. More information is available on request.

Graeme goes “beyond the hype” of social media to show you the real business benefits, in his usual insightful, humour-filled style backed by detailed research.

Social media is the term used to describe the technologies that allow people to interact on the Internet with a sense of immediacy: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and many more. Many companies are treating social media as little more than teenage toys and student fun, useful (maybe) for communicating with younger customers and staff. Many “social media experts” (there are over 45 million such sites on Google) are overhyping the potential benefits and underselling what would be required to use these tools properly and integrate them effectively into corporate culture. This is leading to bad use (even abuse) and damage to business.

“Beyond the Hype” is TomorrowToday’s latest presentation, and aims to do two big things.

Firstly, we want to help you go beyond the hype and find out whether using social media as a communication tool would work for you. We think you’ll be convinced, and so we want to help you think through the policies, structures and systems you’ll need to be truly effective, and protect and enhance your brand.

Secondly, though, we’d like to help you see that beyond the hype of a new communication channel, social media represents an expression of deep seated shifts in values and how we want to live and work. There are some exciting business opportunities emerging that have the potential to provide serious competitive advantage. Every organisation in every industry and sector will be impacted by these shifts and opportunities. Read a detailed research white paper our team wrote on this issue at our blog site. It will give you some insights and excellent case studies on how companies are using social media and emerging technologies to revolutionise their businesses.

For more information, see the Beyond the Hype page at TomorrowToday’s website.
