important information in a very entertaining way. It was absolutely fantastic!”
Stephanie Porter, Director: Customer Programs, Amdocs Marketing Group
Graeme’s primary focus is on the new world of work. His latest presentation and programme is “After Shock: the TIDES of change“. This session outlines the five disruptive forces that will shape the world of work in the next decade. Graeme presents compelling evidence for each trend, including case studies and implications which are customised for each particular audience and event.
Graeme’s other presentations are focused on the implications and applications of “The TIDES of change”. Each of the five trends can be dealt with in more detail, and there are key implications for leaders, people management and connecting with customers. The other presentations and programmes are all designed as stand alone products, so that they can be used either on their own, or as part of a larger, extended programme.
Graeme will work with you to customise his content and approach for your event and audience. He has presented in over 40 countries and is known for his ability to work with people from diverse countries and cultures.
TAKE HOME VALUE: In all of the sessions Graeme does, his focus is on helping people to understand the trends that are shaping the world around them. More than just being able to see WHAT is happening, though, his emphasis is on showing people WHY these trends emerge so that they can anticipate – and prepare for – the future. People who attend his sessions will:
- Gain insight and understanding into why the world is changing
- Be able to make clear and informed decisions about their future
- Discover a framework that will help them to talk about these issues in meaningful ways with their teams (and families)
- Have practical “to do” items that they can start applying immediately
- Find application to their business and personal lives
- Have a good time, a good laugh and feel upbeat and optimistic about the future, and their role in it.

As staff, they use their computers (and mobile phones and Blackberries) not just for work, but as integral ways of managing their lives – and even as tools to help them take a break and refocus. Go “beyond the hype” of social media and new technology and learn how these are merely expressions of deeper shifts in society. The Enneagram is a personality system based on understanding the underlying motivational drivers of people’s behaviours. The Enneagram is mainly a diagnostic tool of one’s emotional outlook on life, focused on the core reasons that people act and react as they do. It is useful as a guide to how other people see the world differently. TomorrowToday recommends the Enneagram as a tool for team dynamics, leadership development, sales growth and customer service improvement.
When change is unpredictable, incessant and out of our control, we feel stressed and unsettled, and we can quickly lose focus and effectiveness. This session looks at a simple, but well proven, model that helps make sense of turbulent times, and is the basis for future success in the new world of work. Participants will leave excited about the prospect of managing change and dealing with turbulent times, with specific strategies and plans for coping better with the changes they face. They’ll understand better how we respond to change – and why. And most importantly, they’ll be more confident of their ability to succeed in tough times, and influence others to do the same. More information is available on request, as this session needs to be highly customised.
Based on Graeme’s 2008 book of the same name, this presentation or workshop would be ideal as a “work life balance” focused session at a conference. More information is available on request.
